By all logic, at my age (40), known as “Square Uncle,” I shouldn’t be writing “Hello World” style posts here. In the corporate narrative, I should be a team lead, or the guy getting laid off.

But I chose a third path: Reset, and Restart.

Why Now?

I’ve written code for twenty years. From Delphi to Rust, from Windows to iOS. I’ve seen too many tech waves, and most of the time I was just a “skilled follower.”

But AI is different. Previous tech was about “moving bricks faster.” AI asks “what building do you want to build?” For people like me, with plenty of product logic but limited time, AI is useful when it helps turn decisions into working drafts faster.

What is Square Uncle?

This is not just a blog. This is a log of a stubborn middle-aged man figuring things out.

I don’t sell courses. I don’t sell anxiety. I only show how I use AI to build things—things you used to think needed a whole team—by myself.

The Only Moat is “Reality”

There are too many AI tutorials out there claiming you can “generate a website in 3 minutes.” That’s bullsh*t from people who don’t code. Real AI development is full of pits, details, and crashes.

What I record here are the practical details. I write them down so I can revisit the decisions later, and so others can compare them with their own problems.

I am Square Uncle. Resetting to zero. Starting again.
